With 30 years in practice, I specialize in helping families manage the various stages of adoption, families living with addiction issues, self esteem/self-worth, anxiety, depression, trauma, navigating relationships and stress. I use various therapy styles or modalities, adapting to individual needs based on what works best for each client. My counseling style is welcoming, warm, interactive, relaxed and non-judgmental.
